Do you have experience as a Property Manager and enjoy working independently? Would you like to work in an industry-leading property company where you have great responsibility and freedom to shape your workday?

We are now looking for a service-oriented and practical person to join our team in Eskilstuna - a role where you actively contribute to our vision of simplifying and enriching life through thoughtful housing.

Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you are responsible for service-oriented and efficient property maintenance. You handle maintenance requests from tenants, and your workdays are varied with different types of tasks. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that our homes are pleasant by keeping them whole, clean, and functional, both inside and around the buildings. You conduct regular rounds and address any issues that arise.
  • Troubleshooting/simple installations of appliances
  • Handling simple plumbing issues
  • Managing basic operations/heating and ventilation issues
  • Working with planned maintenance and proactive measures
  • Ensuring that fire safety requirements are met
  • Reviewing invoices and making material purchases
  • Conducting move-out inspections and related orders.

You start your workday at our office in Eskilstuna and then travel to the properties you are responsible for, where you handle your tasks and conduct rounds. You work efficiently with the help of digital tools, which gives you a good overview of your assignments and makes it easy to plan your day. Both case management and inspections are done via an application on your mobile or tablet.

Qualifications

  • High school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property management or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager, Property Technician, or Repair Technician
  • It is an advantage if you have knowledge of locks, appliances, electricity, heating/operations, and ventilation
  • Good computer skills and experience with digital tools
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus as our tenants come from all corners of the world)
  • Driving license B required
